1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zc22", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to zc22, an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at zc22.org and any associated mobile or web interfaces operated thereunder.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the zc22 platform, including any registered account holder.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the zc22 platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, customer support, and any other services made available through the zc22 platform.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated virtual wallet maintained within a User's Account for the purpose of depositing funds, placing wagers, receiving winnings, and processing withdrawals.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and licensing conditions applicable to the operation of the zc22 platform under its international gaming licence.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as separately specified.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the zc22 platform is prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed under Applicable Law.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. References to "including" mean "including without limitation."

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zc22 platform — whether by registering an Account, placing a wager, participating in any game, making a deposit, or simply browsing the platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zc22 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. No representations made by any zc22 employee, agent, or affiliate outside of these Terms shall be binding unless expressly incorporated herein in writing.

zc22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the platform. Where changes are material, zc22 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the contact details associated with their Account. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with zc22, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of zc22 or any of its affiliates, licensees, or gaming service providers;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the zc22 platform, or if a prior self-exclusion has expired, you have undergone the re-instatement process as prescribed by zc22;
• You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Participation in online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

zc22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable proof of age and identity includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or such other government-issued photo identification as zc22 may specify from time to time.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of zc22 Services, you must register an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

zc22 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Users. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, all documentation and information reasonably required to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe specified by zc22 may result in Account restriction, suspension, or closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. zc22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify zc22 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. zc22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting zc22 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations. zc22 reserves the right to retain transaction records as required under Applicable Law notwithstanding Account closure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

zc22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• JazzCash — instant deposit credit; withdrawal typically within minutes for verified Accounts
• EasyPaisa — instant deposit credit; withdrawal typically within minutes for verified Accounts
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to standard inter-bank processing times
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to standard inter-bank processing times
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, subject to standard inter-bank processing times
• Direct Bank Transfer — available to all verified Account holders

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. zc22 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account previously used to fund your zc22 Account or otherwise verified as belonging to you. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. zc22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are indicative only; zc22 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. All withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the zc22 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zc22 maintains a native PKR wallet for each Account and does not apply currency conversion fees within the platform. Exchange rate fluctuations are not applicable to PKR-denominated Accounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

zc22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account as a separate balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying games, time limits, and any other conditions specific to each promotion are detailed within the relevant promotional terms.
• zc22 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or combined with other bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• zc22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to qualifying Users.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless zc22 expressly permits otherwise.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the zc22 platform is conducted in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each product. These product-specific rules are accessible within each respective section of the platform (Cricket, Slot, zc22 Casino, Basketball, Gold Toad Fishing) and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket and PSL markets, are subject to the zc22 Sports Betting Rules. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. zc22 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or where a bet would have been prohibited under Applicable Law. In-play markets close at the moment of the relevant in-play event and all accepted bets at that moment are binding.

7.2 Casino & RNG Games

All casino games, including live dealer games and slots, utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer physical randomisation mechanisms audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Once a round of play has commenced and the result determined, it is final and binding.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within each product interface. zc22 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time, including in circumstances where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc22 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or closed, any associated winnings or balances forfeited, and relevant information disclosed to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports betting markets;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players in casino games to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the platform;
• Abusing bonus systems through techniques designed to circumvent wagering requirements or extract value without genuine play intent;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

9. Responsible Gaming

zc22 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful, and we maintain a range of tools and safeguards to help Users maintain control of their gaming activity. • Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude from the platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Automated session duration notifications are available within Account settings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the zc22 platform — including but not limited to the zc22 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, text, images, audiovisual materials, and any compilations thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of zc22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any platform content; frame or embed the platform within any third-party website or application; or remove any proprietary notices or labels from the platform.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to zc22 regarding the platform may be used by zc22 without restriction or compensation to you. zc22 does not claim ownership over content you independently create, but grants you no rights in any zc22 intellectual property as a result of such submission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, zc22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or business information;
• Loss arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or system maintenance;
• Loss arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank;
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain password security;
• Any loss of winnings resulting from a void bet arising under Section 7.1 of these Terms.

zc22's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

zc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, zc22 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by zc22

zc22 may suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the platform immediately and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; zc22 is required to do so under Applicable Law or regulatory direction; zc22 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or you engage in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc22 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through zc22's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and zc22 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
